Delivery Dependability: Our key customer service goal is to dependably deliver castings and machined parts 95+ percent on-time with best-in-class lead times. Each Donsco facility has their own scheduler whose sole job is to schedule the plant efficiently to ensure 100% on-time delivery is achievable. We hold weekly team meetings with our schedulers and upper management to review the past weeks performance and to keep focus on maintaining and improving our results.
